For the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 33 of the Act, in the case of narcotic drugs, the drugs mentioned in sub-group 1 of group “A” and in the case of poisonous drugs, the drugs mentioned in sub-group 2 of the same group are prescribed. And every such drug shall be kept under the rule 12 as follows:-

(a) kept in a certain place,
(b) Arranged not to fall from that place while staying at a certain place,
(c) cannot be easily taken or touched by an unrelated person, and
(d) Not to be mixed with any other medicine or substance.
